يجوز لدائن أحد طرفى الحساب توقيع الحجز أثناء سير الحساب على الرصيد الدائن لمدينه وقت توقيع الحجز وفى هذه الحالة يجرى الطرف المفتوح لديه الحساب ميزانا مؤقتا للحساب للكشف عن مركز المحجوز عليه وقت توقيع الحجز .
