Article 369 of the Trade Law

١ - إذا حددت مدة للحساب الجارى وجب قفله بانتهائها . ويجوز قفله قبل انتهاء المدة باتفاق الطرفين .
٢ - وإذا لم تحدد مدة للحساب الجارى جاز قفله فى كل وقت بإرادة أى من الطرفين مع مراعاة مواعيد الإخطار المتفق عليها أو التى يجرى عليها العرف .
٣ - وفى جميع الأحوال يقفل الحساب الجارى بوفاة أحد طرفيه أو شهر إفلاسه أو إعساره أو الحجر عليه .
