١ - إذا تضمنت مفردات الحساب ديونا نقدية مقومة بعملات مختلفة ، أو أشياء قيمية جاز للطرفين أن يتفقا على إدخالها فى الحساب بشرط أن تقيد فى أقسام مستقلة يراعى التماثل فى المدفوعات التى تتضمنها وأن يصرح الطرفان ببقاء الحساب رغم تعدد أقسامه محتفظا بوحدته .
٢ - ويجب أن تكون أرصدة الأقسام المستقلة قابلة للتحويل فيما بينها بحيث يمكن فى الوقت الذى حدده الطرفان أو عند قفل الحساب على الأكثر إجراء المقاصة بينها لاستخراج رصيد واحد .
