١ - لا تنتج المدفوعات فى الحساب الجارى عائدا إلا إذا اتفق على غير ذل[غير مقروء] ويحسب العائد وفقا للسعر الذى يتعامل به البنك المركزى وقت استحقاقه ما لم يتفق[غير مقروء] على مقابل أقل .
٢ - لا يجوز حساب عائد على العوائد إلا إذا كان الحساب جاريا بين بنك[غير مقروء] وشخص آخر .
