يجوز وقف الحساب مؤقتا أثناء سيره لبيان مركز كل من الطرفين وذلك فى المواعيد التى يتفق عليها الطرفان أو يحددها القانون ويكون لكل طرف أن يتصرف فى رصيد[غير مقروء] الدائن الذى قد يظهر عند الوقف المؤقت فى أى وقت ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك .
