تحسب النسبة على أساس المدة من تاريخ الخصم حتى تاريخ استحقاق الصك أو على أساس مدة أكثر من ذلك بالنسبة إلى عمليات الرهن وغيرها من العمليات التى تتضمن تعهد المستفيد برد ما قبضه قبل حلول أجل الصك .
