إذا لم يبين المتعاقدان العناصر التى يتألف منها المتجر محل العقد اشتمل المتجر -
فضلا عن الاتصال بالعملاء ، والسمعة التجارية - على كل عنصر معنوى أو مادى يكون
لازما لاستغلال المتجر على الوجه الذى قصده المتعاقدان .
