١ - يجوز أن يكون الاعتماد المستندى قابلا للإلغاء أو باتا غير قابل للإلغاء .
٢ - ويكون الاعتماد غير قابل للإلغاء إلا إذا اتفق صراحة على قابليته للإلغاء .
