١ - تكون البيانات المقيدة فى السجل التجارى حجة على الغير من تاريخ قيدها
فى السجل ما لم ينص القانون على غير ذلك .
٢ - لايجوز الاحتجاج على الغير بأى بيان واجب القيد فى السجل التجارى
ولم يتم قيده إلا إذا ثبت علم الغير بمضمون البيان .
٣ - لايجوز للتاجر أن يتمسك بعدم قيده فى السجل التجارى للتحلل
من الالتزامات التى يفرضها عليه القانون أو التى تنشأ عن معاملاته مع الغير بصفته تاجرا .
