لكل من الموكل والناقل رجوع مباشر على الآخر للمطالبة بالحقوق الناشئة عن عقد النقل .
وكذلك لكل من الراكب أو المرسل إليه والناقل رجوع مباشر على الآخر للمطالبة بالحقوق
المذكورة ، وفى جميع الأحوال يجب إدخال الوكيل بالعمولة للنقل فى الدعوى .
