١ - يقع باطلا كل شرط يقضى بإعفاء الناقل كليا أو جزئيا من المسئولية عما يلحق
الراكب من أضرار بدنية .
٢ - ويعتبر فى حكم الإعفاء من المسئولية كل شرط يكون من شأنه إلزام الراكب
بدفع كل أو بعض نفقات التأمين ضد مسئولية الناقل وكل شرط ينزل بموجبه الراكب للناقل
عن حقوقه فى التأمين ضد أخطاء الناقل .
