مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة (٢٥٧) من هذا القانون ، إذا لم يحضر الراكب فى الميعاد
المعين للنقل استحقت عليه الأجرة كاملة . وإذا كان قد دفعها جاز له تنفيذ النقل فى ميعاد
لاحق إلا إذا اتفق أو جرى العرف على غير ذلك .
