١ - يلتزم الراكب بأداء أجرة النقل فى الميعاد المتفق عليه أو المعين فى لوائح النقل
أو الذى يقضى به العرف .
٢ - وعليه اتباع تعليمات الناقل المتعلقة بالنقل .
