١ - لا يسأل الناقل عما يلحق الشىء عادة بحكم طبيعته من نقص فى الوزن أو الحجم
أثناء النقل مالم يثبت أن النقص نشأ عن سبب آخر .
٢ - وإذا كانت وثيقة النقل تشمل عدة أشياء مقسمة إلى مجموعات أو طرود حدد
النقص المتسامح فيه على أساس وزن كل مجموعة أو كل طرد إذا كان الوزن معينا
على وجه الاستقلال فى وثيقة النقل أو كان من الممكن تعيينه .
