١ - يسأل الناقل من وقت تسلمه الشىء محل النقل عن هلاكه كليا أو جزئيا
وعن تلفه وعن التأخير فى تسليمه .
٢ - يكون الشىء محل النقل فى حكم الهالك كليا إذا لم يسلمه الناقل أو لم يخطر
المرسل إليه بالحضور لتسلمه خلال ثلاثين يوما من انقضاء الميعاد المعين للتسليم أو من انقضاء
الميعاد الذى يستغرقه الناقل العادى فى النقل لو وجد فى الظروف نفسها إذا لم يعين
ميعاد للتسليم .
