١ - للناقل حبس الشىء محل النقل لاستيفاء أجرة النقل والمصاريف وغيرها من المبالغ
التى تستحق له بسبب النقل .
٢ - وللناقل امتياز على الثمن الناتج من التنفيذ على الشىء محل النقل لاستيفاء
جميع المبالغ المستحقة له . ويتبع فى هذا التنفيذ إجراءات التنفيذ على الأشياء المرهونة
رهنا تجاريا .
