١ - إذا حالت القوة القاهرة دون البدء فى تنفيذ النقل ، فلا يستحق الناقل أية أجرة .
٢ - وإذا حالت القوة القاهرة دون مواصلة النقل ، فلا يستحق الناقل إلا أجرة ما تم

٣ - وفى جميع الأحوال يجوز للناقل المطالبة بمصاريف الشحن والتفريغ وغيرها
[غير مقروء] المصاريف الضرورية .
