١ - تقيد فى دفتر اليومية جميع العمليات التجارية التى يجريها التاجر وكذلك
مسحوباته الشخصية ويتم القيد يوما فيوما تفصيلا باستثناء المسحوبات الشخصية
فيجوز أن تقيد إجمالا شهرا فشهرا .
٢ - للتاجر أن يستعمل دفاتر يومية مساعدة لإثبات تفصيلات الأنواع المختلفة
من العمليات التجارية . وفى هذه الحالة يكتفى بقيد إجمالى لهذه العمليات فى دفتر
اليومية فى فترات منتظمة . فإذا لم يتبع هذا الإجراء اعتبر كل دفتر مساعد دفترا أصليا .
