على كل تاجر يجاوز رأس ماله المستثمر فى التجارة عشرين ألف جنيه أن يمسك
الدفاتر التى تستلزمها طبيعة تجارته وأهميتها وعلى وجه الخصوص دفترى اليومية والجرد
بطريقة تكفل بيان مركزه المالى وماله من حقوق وما عليه من ديون متعلقة بالتجارة .
