The Supreme Constitutional Court struck down this article in whole or part (case 193 of judicial year 29, hearing of 2012-06-14): that part is not law
١ - تسقط دعوى التعويض المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة بمضى تسعين يوما من وقت انتهاء العقد .
٢ - وتسقط جميع الدعاوى الأخرى الناشئة عن عقد وكالة العقود بانقضاء سنتين على انتهاء العلاقة العقدية .
