١ - يلتزم الموكل بأداء الأجر المتفق عليه للوكيل .
٢ - ويجوز أن يكون هذا الأجر نسبة مئوية من قيمة الصفقة . وتحتسب هذه النس[غير مقروء] على أساس سعر البيع إلى العملاء ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك .
