وكالة العقود عقد يلتزم بموجبه شخص بأن يتولى على وجه الاستمرار وفى منطقة نشاط معينة ، الترويج والتفاوض وإبرام الصفقات باسم الموكل ولحسابه مقابل أجر ، ويجوز أن تشمل مهمته تنفيذها باسم الموكل ولحسابه .
