إذا كانت البضائع أو الأشياء التى يحوزها الوكيل لحساب الموكل مهددة بتلف سريع أو هبوط فى القيمة ولم تصله تعليمات من الموكل بشأنها فى ميعاد مناسب ، فللوكيل أن يطلب من القاضى المختص بالمحكمة التى يوجد فى دائرتها مركز أعماله إصدار أمر على عريضة ببيعها بالكيفية التى يعينها القاضى .
