١ - يجوز للمودع التعامل على البضاعة المودعة من التصرفات بموجب الصكوك التى يصدرها المستودع العام .
٢ - ويجوز لمستثمر المستودع أن يقدم قروضا للمودع برهن البضاعة المودعة لديه وله أن يتعامل بصك الرهن الذى يمثلها .
٣ - لا يجوز رهن البضائع المودعة فى المستودعات العامة أو التنفيذ عليها وفاء للدين المرهون إلا باتباع الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى شأن الرهن التجارى .
