١ - يلتزم المودع بأن يقدم إلى المستودع العام بيانات صحيحة عن طبيعة البضاعة المودعة ونوعها ومقدارها وقيمتها .
٢ - وللمودع فى كل وقت الحق فى فحص البضاعة التى سلمت للمستودع لحسابه وأخذ عينات منها وتمكين الغير من ذلك .
