إذا أمرت المحكمة بالاستمرار فى تجارة الصغير أو المحجور عليه ، فلا يلتزم
إلا فى حدود أمواله المستثمرة فى هذه التجارة ، ويجوز شهر إفلاسه على ألا يشمل
لإفلاس الأموال غير المستثمرة فى التجارة ، وفى هذه الحالة لايترتب على الإفلاس أثر
بالنسبة إلى شخص الصغير أو المحجور عليه .
