١ - إذا اتفق على أجل للتوريد فالمفروض أن الأجل مشروط لصالح الطرفين فلا يجوز تعديله إلا برضائهما .
٢ - وإذا اتفق على أن يكون لطالب التوريد تحديد أجل التوريد وجب أن يخطر المورد بميعاد مناسب بالأجل الذى يحدده .
٣ - وإذا لم يتفق على أجل التوريد جاز لكل من الطرفين إنهاء العقد فى أى وقت بشرط إخطار الطرف الآخر بميعاد مناسب .
