إلى أن يصدر مجلس النقابة العامة المنتخب طبقا لأحكام القانون المرافق النظام الداخلى للنقابة واللوائح والقرارات الأخرى المنفذة له ، يعمل بأحكام النظام الداخلى واللوائح المطبقة حاليا فى النقابة وذلك فيما لايتعارض مع أحكام القانون .
وللجنة المشار إليها فى المادة الثانية أن تصدر ماتراه مناسبا من قرارات مكملة لها .
