تتولى اللجنه المنصوص عليها فى الفقرة الأولى من المادة السابقة الاختصاصات المخولة لمجلس النقابة العامة المنصوص عليها فى القانون المرافق وتختار من بين أعضائها رئيسا لها تكون له الاختصاصات المقررة لنقيب المحامين المنصوص عليها فى القانون المذكور ووكيلا وأمينا عاما وأمينا للصندوق . وتباشر اللجنة اختصاصات لجان قبول المحامين واللجان الأخرى المنصوص عليها فى القانون المشار إليه .
