يجوز لمجلس النقابة لفت نظر المحامى أو توقيع عقوبة الإنذار عليه .
كما يجوز لمجلس النقابة أن يأمر بوقف المحامى الذى رفعت عليه الدعوى التأديبية عن
مزاولة المهنة احتياطيا إلى أن يفصل فى هذه الدعوى .
ويعرض هذا الأمر على مجلس التأديب المنصوص عليه فى المادة ١٠٧ من هذا القانون
خلال الثلاثين يوما التالية لتاريخ صدوره ويقرر المجلس خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ عرض
الأمر عليه بعد سماع أقوال المحامى إما الاستمرار فى منعه من مزاولة المهنة احتياطيا
أو السماح له بالاستمرار فى مزاولتها إلى أن يفصل فى الدعوى التأديبية المرفوعة عليه .
وعلى مجلس النقابة الفرعية أن ينتدب محاميا آخر لمباشرة قضايا المحامى الموقوف طوال
فترة وقفه.
