اذا رفض عدة محامين قبول الوكالة فى دعوى من الدعاوى التى يتطلب القانون اتخاذ الاجراء القانونى فيها عن طريق مكتب محام ، يندب مجلس النقابة الفرعية بناء على طلب صاحب الشأن محاميا لاتخاذ الاجراء القانونى والحضور والمرافعة ، ويحدد مجلس النقابة أتعابه بموافقة صاحب الشأن .
