مع عدم الاخلال بحكم المادة السابقة يندب مجلس النقابة الفرعية محاميا للحضور عن المواطن الذى يتقرر اعفاؤه من الرسوم القضائية لاعساره .
ويقوم المحامى المنتدب بالدفاع عنه أمام القضاء بغير اقتضاء أى أتعاب منه .
