Article 83 of the Advocacy Law

اذا انتهت الدعوى أو النزاع صلحا أو تحكيما استحق المحامى الأتعاب المتفق عليها ما لم يكن قد تم الاتفاق على غير ذلك .
ويستحق المحامى أتعابه اذا أنهى الموكل الوكالة دون مسوغ قبل اتمام المهمة الموكلة اليه .
وللمحامى الذى صدر قرار بتقدير أتعابه أو عقد صلح مصدق عليه من مجلس النقابة الفرعية أو من المحكمة أن يحصل على أمر باختصاصه بعقارات من صدر ضده قرار التقدير أو عقد الصلح أو الحكم .
