Article 49 of the Advocacy Law

للمحامى الحق فى أن يعامل من المحاكم وسائر الجهات التى يحضر أمامها بالاحترام الواجب للمهنة .
واستثناء من الأحكام الخاصة بنظام الجلسات والجرائم التى تقع فيها المنصوص عليها فى قانونى المرافعات والاجراءات الجنائية اذا وقع من المحامى أثناء وجوده بالجلسة لأداء واجبه أو بسببه اخلال بنظام الجلسة أو أى أمر يستدعى محاسبته نقابيا أو جنائيا ، يأمر رئيس الجلسة بتحرير مذكرة بما حدث ويحيلها الى النيابة العامة ويخطر النقابة الفرعية المختصة بذلك .
