مع عدم الاخلال بأحكام الاتفاقيات القضائية المبرمة بين مصر والدول العربية للمحامى من رعايا هذه الدول المرافعة أمام المحاكم المصرية بالاشتراك مع محام مصرى من الدرجة المقابلة للدرجة التى يحق له المرافعة أمامها طبقا لقانون بلده وذلك فيما عدا الطعون الدستورية والادارية وباذن من النقابة العامة وفى دعوى معينة بذاتها وبشرط المعاملة بالمثل .
