Article 37 of the Advocacy Law

للمحامى المقيد بجدول محاكم الاستئناف حق الحضور والمرافعة أمام جميع محاكم الاستئناف ومحاكم القضاء الادارى ، ولا يجوز قبول صحف الدعاوى أمام هذه المحاكم وما يعادلها الا اذا كان موقعا عليها منه ، والا حكم ببطلان الصحيفة .
ويكون للمحامى أمام محاكم الاستئناف حق الحضور والمرافعة أمام جميع المحاكم فيما عدا محاكم النقض والادارية العليا والدستورية العليا .
كما يكون له ابداء الفتاوى القانونية واعداد العقود وشهرها والقيام بكافة أعمال المحاماة الأخرى .
