تنظم النقابات الفرعية للمحامين فى بداية كل سنة قضائية ولمدة ستة شهور ، محاضرات للمحامين تحت التمرين تتناول الجانب التطبيقى لأعمال المحاماة . وذلك طبقا للمنهج الذى يحدده مجلس النقابة ، ويدعى لالقاء هذه المحاضرات قدامى المحامين ورجال القضاء وأساتذة القانون وخبراؤه المتخصصون .
وعلى مجلس النقابة أن ينشىء معهدا للمحاماة لتدريب المحامين تحت التمرين .
