Article 24 of the Advocacy Law

تكون مدة التمرين سنتين تبدأ من تاريخ حلف اليمين ، يتم إنقاصها إلى سنة واحدة
للحاصلين على دبلوماتين من دبلومات الدراسات العليا فى القانون أو على أى مؤهل أعلى ،
فإذا لم يقيد المحامى أمام المحاكم الابتدائية خلال ستة أشهر من انقضاء المدة المشار إليها ،
ينتقل تلقائيا إلى جدول غير المشتغلين دون حاجة إلى صدور قرار بذلك من لجنة القيد ،
ويجوز له طلب إعادة القيد متى توافرت له الشروط المقررة فى هذا القانون .
