تسرى الأحكام الخاصة بالمستحقين المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون على المستحقين عن المحامين العاملين بالقانون ١٠١ لسنة ١٩٤٤ بشأن المحاماة أمام المحاكم الشرعية ، المشتغلين وقت صدور هذا القانون وذلك عند أستحقاقهم المعاش .
