يترتب على صرف معاش التقاعد ألا يباشر المحامى أى عمل من أعمال المحاماه أيا كان نوعه ويرفع اسم المحامى نهائيا من جدول المحامين المشتغلين ولا يجوز لمحامى بعد أن يحصل على معاش التقاعد أن يطلب قيد أسمه فى جدول المشتغلين .
