تقدم طلبات الاحالة الى المعاش كتابة الى النقابة حتى آخر شهر أكتوبر من كل سنة ، وعلى لجنة الصندوق ترتيب المعاش للطالب متى توافر فيه الشروط المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون وذلك فى آخر شهر ديسمبر .
وعلى الطالب تصفية أعمال مكتبه خلال ثلاثة أشهر تبدأ من يوم قبول الطلب .
ويبدأ صرف المعاش فى أول الشهر التالى لاخطار لجنة الصندوق بتصفية أعماله فعلا .
