يقدر المعاش المنصوص عليه فى المادة السابقة بواقع ستة جنيهات عن كل سنة من سنوات الاشتغال بالمحاماه بحد أقصى قدره مائتان وأربعون جنيها . ويخفض المعاش الى النصف بالنسبة للمحامين المعاملين بأحكام قانون التأمين الاجتماعى وذلك عن كل سنة من سنوات التأمين الاجتماعى .
ويجوز للجمعية العمومية تعديل المعاش أو تعديل الحد الأقصى تبعا لتغير الأسعار القياسية لنفقات المعيشة وفى ضوء المركز المالى للصندوق وفق أحكام المادة ( ١٩٤ ) .
