تؤول الى الصندوق أتعاب المحاماه المحكوم بها فى جميع القضايا طبقا للمبين بالفقرة الأولى من المادة السابقة وتأخذ هذه الأتعاب حكم الرسوم القضائية وتتولى أقلام الكتاب تحصيلها لحساب الصندوق وفقا للقواعد المقررة بقوانين الرسوم القضائية .
وتخصص من الأتعاب المحصلة نسبة خمسة فى المائة لاقلام الكتاب والمحضرين ويكون توزيعها فيما بينهم طبقا للقواعد التى يضعها وزير العدل بقرار منه .
