يقوم على ادارة الصندوق لجنة تشكل برئاسة نقيب المحامين وعضوية أقدم وكيلى النقابة العامة ممن يزاول المهنة مستقلا وأمين صندوقها ونقيب القاهرة وثلاثة من نقباء النقابات الفرعية الأخرى وأربعة من أعضاء مجلس النقابة العامة يختارهم المجلس كل سنتين .
ويحل الوكيل الآخر محل أقدم الوكيلين ، كما يحل أمين الصندوق المساعد محل أمين الصندوق وذلك عند غياب أى منهما .
