يضع مجلس النقابة سنويا موازنة تقديرية مجمعة تضم الموازنات التقديرية للنقابات الفرعية فى موعد لا يجاوز آخر فبراير من كل سنة، كما يعد الحساب الختامى للسنة المنتهية متضمنا الحسابات الختامية لكل نقابة فرعية ، ويحيلها الى مراقب الحسابات لوضع تقرير عنها .
