تكون مدة مجلس النقابة أربع سنوات من تاريخ إعلان نتيجة
الانتخاب وتجرى لتجديد المجلس خلال الستين يوما السابقة على انتهاء مدته .

تكون مدة مجلس النقابة أربع سنوات من تاريخ إعلان نتيجة
الانتخاب وتجرى لتجديد المجلس خلال الستين يوما السابقة على انتهاء مدته .
ولايجوز تجديد انتخاب النقيب لأكثر من دورتين متصلتين فى ظل هذا القانون.
From 1 April 1983 to 19 October 1984
تكون مدة مجلس النقابة أربع سنوات من تاريخ اعلان نتيجة الانتخاب وتجرى الانتخابات لتجديد المجلس خلال الستين يوما السابقة على انتهاء مدته ولا يجوز تجديد انتخاب النقيب وأعضاء المجلس لأكثر من دورتين متصلتين .
