تصدر قرارات الجمعية العمومية بالأغلبية المطلقة لأصوات الحاضرين ، فاذا تساوت الأصوات يرجح الجانب الذى فيه رئيس الجمعية ، ويحرر محضر بنتيجة الاجتماع يثبت فى دفتر خاص ويوقع عليه من رئيس الجمعية والأمين العام وفارزى الأصوات .
ويبين النظام الداخلى للنقابة اجراءات دعوة الجمعية العمومية وانعقادها وكيفية سير العمل فيها .
