لا يجوز للجمعية العمومية أن تنظر فى غير المسائل الواردة فى جدول الأعمال ومع ذلك يجوز لمجلس النقابة أن يعرض لنظر المسائل العاجلة التى طرأت بعد توجيه الدعوة وتمت دراستها .
