يرأس النقيب اجتماع الجمعية العمومية وفى حالة غيابه ينوب عنه أقدم الوكيلين ممن يزاول المهنة مستقلا وفى حالة غيابه ، ينوب عنه الوكيل الآخر .
ويعلن رئيس الجمعية افتتاح اجتماعها بعد التحقق من توافر النصاب اللازم لانعقادها .
كما يعلن فض الاجتماع ويتولى أمين عام النقابة أمانة الاجتماع وعند غيابه يختار رئيس الجمعية أمينا للاجتماع . وتختار الجمعية العمومية اثنين من بين أعضائها فارزى أصوات .
