نقابة المحامين مؤسسة مهنية مستقلة تضم المحامين فى جمهورية مصر العربية المقيدين بجداولها ، وتتمتع بالشخصية الاعتبارية ، ومقرها مدينة القاهرة وتتبعها نقابات فرعية على النحو الذى ينظمه هذا القانون .
